Returns & Refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your service order within 30 days without the need to provide a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date when you placed your order or when a third party, other than the service provider, takes possession of the service.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to john.wylie@tradewebsolutions.co.uk.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 from the day when we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and there will be no additional fees for reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellations:

To be eligible for a cancellation, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The service order was placed within the last 30 days.

  • The service remains unused.


The following services cannot be cancelled:

  • Services customised to your specific requirements.

  • Services that, due to their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., time-sensitive services).

  • Services that have been commenced and cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.


We reserve the right to decline cancellations that do not meet the above criteria at our sole discretion.


Cancelling Services:

You are responsible for any costs and risks associated with returning the service or canceling the order. Please send your cancellation request to john.wylie@tradewebsolutions.co.uk.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur during the cancellation process. For your security, we recommend using an insured and trackable method when sending your cancellation request. We cannot process a refund without confirming the receipt of your cancellation.
